Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately process orders using warehouse management systems to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or defects before processing.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load Management: Assist in loading and unloading trucks efficiently during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday–Sunday) and rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide paid training for the right candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to read and follow written instructions.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and safety compliance.
