Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently receive, scan, and stock inventory using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision
- Perform quality checks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Collaborate with team to meet nightly productivity targets
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols
- Prepare orders for shipment with attention to detail
- Maintain clean, organized work areas throughout shift
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Availability for 4-5 night shifts weekly (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Pass background check and drug screening
