Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle checks in WMS system
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for same-day shipping operations
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and 5S protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly productivity targets
- Complete quality control checks on processed goods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college students encouraged
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse technology
- Valid driver's license preferred; forklift certification a plus
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail
