Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for next-day delivery
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Safely operate powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits weekly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Flexible availability between 10 PM - 6 AM (weekend availability required)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
