The Role
As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will ensure that all customer orders are processed accurately and shipped on time, maintaining our high standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and update records.
- Perform quality control checks on packages to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
