Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders with barcode scanning technology
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain organized inventory in 50,000 sq ft climate-controlled facility
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Complete digital documentation via warehouse management system
Qualifications
- 18+ years old with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Reliable transportation to 24/7 industrial facility
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability (Fri/Sat/Sun) and punctuality essential
