Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks in temperature-controlled zones
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely after OSHA-certified training
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly targets
- Document discrepancies and report maintenance issues promptly
Qualifications
- Must be available for 4-6 night shifts weekly (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld devices
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid CA driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Background check and drug screening required post-offer
