Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move products efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and cycle counting.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment using appropriate materials and machinery.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding daily goals and issues.
- Perform light maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends (Friday-Sunday).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
