Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in 50,000 sq ft climate-controlled facility
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly SLAs
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards
- Document workflow activities in WMS system
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and tech-savviness
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy orientation
- Reliable transportation to night shift hours (6PM-2AM)
- Positive attitude and collaborative team spirit
- Pass background check and drug screen
- 1+ year warehouse experience preferred but not required
