Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support and companionship to residents throughout the night shift.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment for all residents and staff.
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, and mobility support, as required.
- Monitor resident well-being and respond promptly to any needs or emergencies.
- Accurately complete night shift logs, incident reports, and medication records.
- Foster a respectful and inclusive atmosphere for all team members.
Qualifications
- Valid DBS Check (or willingness to undergo one).
- Previous experience in care work, hospitality, or security is a plus but not essential.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to care.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
