Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night hours.
- Execute technical troubleshooting and provide step-by-step solutions to clients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and account statuses.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure continuity of service and seamless handovers.
- Adhere to all company security protocols and quality assurance standards.

Qualifications
