Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the evening shift team to ensure operational excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment during off-peak hours.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and security procedures.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction rates.
- Conduct shift handovers and report operational metrics to the management team.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, logistics, or customer service is preferred.
- Availability to work evenings (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
