We are seeking an experienced and energetic Night Shift Supervisor to lead our operations in the heart of Las Vegas. This role is ideal for professionals seeking a balance between evening part-time flexibility and full-time career growth.
As a Supervisor, you will oversee the casino floor during peak evening hours, ensuring a world-class guest experience while maintaining strict compliance with gaming regulations and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily floor operations, including table games and slot areas, during evening shifts.
- Monitor game performance and ensure adherence to house policies and gaming regulations.
- Resolve guest disputes and complaints efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Train and mentor new dealers and floor staff on operational procedures.
- Conduct regular cash counts and reconcile financial transactions accurately.
- Ensure a safe environment for patrons and staff by adhering to all security protocols.
- Collaborate with the pit boss and management team to optimize floor efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a casino environment or high-volume hospitality setting.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of Nevada gaming laws and regulations is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and mathematical aptitude.
