Responsibilities
- Deal cards and manage gaming tables (Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, etc.) with precision and speed.
- Ensure strict adherence to all casino gaming rules, regulations, and procedures.
- Interact professionally and enthusiastically with guests to ensure a premium entertainment experience.
- Maintain accurate chip counts and handle cash transactions securely and efficiently.
- Identify potential cheating or irregular gameplay and escalate to floor supervisors immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance at all times.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures for assigned tables.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong basic math skills and the ability to calculate payouts quickly and accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and major holidays.
- Previous experience in table games is preferred but not required (we offer training).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (chips/carry trays).
