Responsibilities
- Assist players with the operation of slot machines, including inserting money, checking machine status, and dispensing credits.
- Collect and verify credits, pay out winnings, and manage cash drawers accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving player complaints and answering inquiries regarding game rules and payouts.
- Maintain a clean and organized gaming environment, ensuring machines are serviced and floors are free of debris.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and report suspicious activity or machine malfunctions to floor supervisors immediately.
- Adhere to all casino gaming regulations, policies, and procedures at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management during shifts.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or gaming is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation is required.
