Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol designated areas to ensure the safety and security of clients, employees, and assets.
- Operate CCTV systems and security access control points effectively and efficiently.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations, following established protocols.
- Conduct regular security checks and maintain accurate incident logs and daily reports.
- Assist visitors and staff with access requests and provide directions when necessary.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times and report any irregularities to the Control Room.
Qualifications
- Valid SIA License: Mandatory requirement for all security roles.
- Experience: Previous experience in security or a related field is highly desirable.
- Schedule: Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
- Communication: Good communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- IT Literacy: Basic proficiency with computer systems for logging reports.
