Responsibilities
- Monitor premises through surveillance systems and patrols during evening hours

- Prepare detailed incident reports and daily activity logs
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when required
- Conduct property inspections to identify safety hazards
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors
Qualifications
- Valid California Guard Card (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year security experience or equivalent military/law enforcement background
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Physical stamina for standing/walking during 8-hour shifts
- Reliable transportation to various LA locations
- Basic computer proficiency for report writing
