Responsibilities
- Monitor premises via CCTV systems and foot patrols to prevent security breaches
- Access control management and visitor verification at restricted areas
- Incident documentation and detailed reporting using digital systems
- Emergency response coordination for fire alarms, medical situations, or disturbances
- Collaborate with law enforcement during critical incident protocols
- Conduct routine equipment checks and maintain surveillance infrastructure
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and staff during overnight hours
Qualifications
- Valid Nevada Security Guard License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year security experience or relevant military/law enforcement background
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during overnight shifts
- Strong observational skills and situational awareness
- Proficient with surveillance technology and reporting software
- Excellent written communication for incident reports
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to cover weekend shifts as needed
