Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor vital signs and document electronic health records
- Administer medications under physician supervision
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and day shift teams
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Support patient education and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Active Minnesota CNA or EMT certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in acute care
- Valid BLS/CPR certification
- Exceptional attention to detail during night hours
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Epic EHR systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper technique
