Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to urgent care requests overnight
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and emergency services
- Maintain sterile environments and equipment sterilization
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during night hours
- Assist with admission/discharge procedures for night-time emergencies
Qualifications
- Current Minnesota CNA or Medical Assistant certification required
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in a healthcare setting
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Strong documentation skills with EHR proficiency
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm during emergency situations
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
