Responsibilities
- Manage patient admissions and discharge documentation during overnight hours
- Coordinate with physicians and nursing staff for urgent care needs
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Handle patient inquiries and triage emergency situations
- Prepare daily reports for morning shift handover
- Assist with medical supply inventory and equipment checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or clinical support experience
- CPR/BLS certification required (CNA/Med Asst preferred)
- Proficiency in EHR systems (Epic/Cerner a plus)
- Exceptional communication and crisis management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Valid California driver's license for potential travel
