Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care during overnight hours including vital signs monitoring and mobility assistance
- Accurately document patient observations and care activities in electronic health records
- Collaborate with nurses and medical staff to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Maintain a safe and clean patient environment following infection control protocols
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations
- Assist with patient admission, discharge, and transfer procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred
- Minimum 6 months healthcare experience or relevant training
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
