Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vitals and document observations in electronic health records
- Assist with patient mobility, hygiene, and comfort throughout the night
- Respond promptly to patient calls and emergency situations
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment
- Provide emotional support to patients and families during overnight hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNA certification preferred (will train if unlicensed)
- Previous healthcare experience strongly preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
- Valid CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability for weekend nights (Fri-Sun)
