Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues efficiently during evening hours.
- Process incoming orders, manage data entry, and perform inventory management.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and strictly safety-compliant.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily operational goals.
- Perform routine quality checks to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor equipment functionality and report maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during night shifts.
