Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during evening and overnight hours.
- Monitor facility security and ensure a safe environment for all personnel.
- Assist with nightly inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance duties to uphold high standards.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable transportation available for night shifts.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required.
