Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify high-volume shipment and inventory data into the ERP system during night shifts.
- Perform routine audits of digital records to ensure 100% data integrity and compliance.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of overnight shipping manifests and labels.
- Communicate discrepancies or technical issues to the day-shift team lead immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in accordance with safety protocols.
- Update customer records and resolve simple data queries with speed and accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in data entry, logistics, or warehousing is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines during the evening hours.
- Strong attention to detail and basic problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
