Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Manage inventory stocking and organization in retail areas
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist with receiving and sorting merchandise shipments
- Collaborate with night shift team to achieve daily goals
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Boston-area college or university
- Availability to work 2-3 nights per week (minimum 15 hours)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
