Responsibilities
- Monitor security systems and conduct regular facility patrols
- Process inventory shipments and maintain accurate stock records
- Assist customers via phone/chat during off-peak hours
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklift certification a plus)
- Complete daily shift reports and incident documentation
- Collaborate with overnight logistics teams
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, inventory software)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
