Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments under physician supervision
- Perform vital signs and basic diagnostic procedures
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
- Assist with patient triage and emergency response
- Prepare exam rooms and sterilize equipment
- Coordinate patient care with nursing staff
- Provide patient education on treatment plans
Qualifications
- Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA or RMA)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA compliance
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Flexibility to cover varying shifts
- Proficient in EHR systems (Epic preferred)
