Responsibilities
- Monitor residents' overnight health status and respond to emergency calls
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately
- Assist with personal care tasks including mobility support
- Maintain detailed care documentation and incident reports
- Conduct safety checks and ensure secure environment
- Collaborate with care teams during shift handovers
- Support residents with dementia and complex care needs
Qualifications
- Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Valid UK Right to Work documentation
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Previous night shift experience advantageous
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Attention to detail and record-keeping ability
