Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain complex datasets using proprietary systems
- Perform daily reconciliation of transaction records with 99.9% accuracy requirement
- Process high-volume financial documents while adhering to SOX compliance standards
- Generate weekly performance reports with data visualization using Tableau
- Collaborate with global teams during handover periods for seamless data continuity
- Implement data validation protocols to prevent entry errors
- Train junior staff on updated data governance procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of high-volume data entry experience with financial records
- Proven 12,000+ keystrokes per hour with 98% accuracy rate
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and SAP systems
- SOX compliance certification or equivalent audit experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Associates degree in Data Management or related field required
- Experience with healthcare or financial data processing preferred
