- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Communicate with team leads regarding data discrepancies
- Adhere to HIPAA and company confidentiality protocols
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 45 WPM typing speed (assessment provided)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Basic computer proficiency with Windows OS
- Reliable transportation for overnight shifts
