Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain critical data across multiple platforms
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure 99.9% data integrity
- Process confidential information with strict adherence to privacy protocols
- Generate daily/weekly productivity reports and analytics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Train on new software systems and data management tools

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years verified data entry experience
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 99.5% accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools a plus
