Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update client data across multiple database systems
- Perform daily reconciliation of data discrepancies with zero-tolerance for errors
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive financial and personal information
- Generate and distribute daily/weekly performance reports using Excel and proprietary software
- Collaborate with offshore teams during handover periods to ensure seamless data flow
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance standards in all data handling processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional data entry experience with 10,000+ keystrokes/hour accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables, Word formatting)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) or CRM platforms (Salesforce)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision
- Associate's degree in Information Systems or related field preferred
- US citizenship or permanent residency required for federal contract compliance
