Responsibilities
- Accurately input and verify alphanumeric data into client databases and management systems
- Perform daily reconciliation of source documents against digital records
- Maintain strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive client information
- Generate daily productivity reports and identify data discrepancies
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to resolve data inconsistencies
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance standards for all data handling
- Utilize specialized software including Excel and proprietary data management tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months data entry experience with 8,000+ keystrokes per minute
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Exceptional attention to detail with error rates below 0.5%
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic understanding of database structures and relational data concepts
- Reliable transportation to our Tech Park Drive facility
- US work authorization and ability to pass background screening
