Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain large volumes of transactional data in ERP systems
- Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure 99.9% accuracy
- Process daily transactions and documentation with strict adherence to compliance standards
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports and analytics dashboards
- Collaborate with offshore teams to resolve data discrepancies in real-time
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial and client information
- Optimize data workflows through continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume data entry experience (10,000+ keystrokes/hour)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel pivot tables required)
- Experience with ERP/SAP systems preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Strong attention to detail with proven error rate <0.5%
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- U.S. work authorization and clean background check required
