Responsibilities
- Enter customer and account data into our secure digital database with a high degree of accuracy (99.9%+).
- Verify and correct discrepancies found in daily logs, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Review, organize, and scan physical documents to ensure they are ready for digital archiving.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team to resolve urgent data discrepancies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive client and company information.
- Perform routine file maintenance, data backup, and system updates as directed.
- Assist in general administrative tasks to support the night operations team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Docs.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Ability to work independently and stay focused during night shifts.
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
