- Perform data validation to ensure 99.9% accuracy across all entries
- Process high-volume transactions during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Generate daily/weekly reports and reconcile discrepancies
- Utilize Excel, Salesforce, and proprietary software for data management
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless data handover
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of data entry experience or equivalent training
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM with 98% accuracy
