Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update client data into proprietary CRM and database systems
- Perform data validation and quality control checks to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions during night shift operations (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Generate daily activity reports and productivity metrics for management review
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve data discrepancies and workflow bottlenecks
- Adhere to HIPAA and company data security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of data entry or administrative experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Strong attention to detail and error detection skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening
