Responsibilities
- Accurately inputting and verifying data into various computer systems and databases with a high degree of precision.
- Maintaining and updating existing company records, files, and digital archives.
- Reviewing data for errors, omissions, or inconsistencies before final submission.
- Sorting, filing, and organizing physical or digital documents as needed.
- Communicating with the team lead regarding daily targets and data quality assurance.
- Ensuring all data entry complies with company confidentiality and security policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- Previous experience in data entry or general office administration is a plus but not mandatory.
