Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Communication: Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member promptly.
- Mail Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently to ensure timely delivery to employees.
- Office Administration: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including managing the lobby and common spaces.
- Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry and filing tasks, maintaining digital and physical records.
- Scheduling: Assist in managing appointment schedules and calendars for internal staff as needed.
- Vendor Relations: Interact with delivery personnel and service vendors in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts, specifically 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a busy environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
