Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain digital records in proprietary systems
- Process high-volume transactional data with zero tolerance for errors
- Generate daily productivity reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with overnight team to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive information
- Utilize Excel and specialized data management software
- Perform data audits and quality control checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months data entry experience or relevant certification
- Proven typing speed of 50+ WPM with 95%+ accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Exceptional attention to detail and error-spotting abilities
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
