Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and manage high-volume data across multiple digital platforms
- Perform daily reconciliation of records to maintain 99.9% data accuracy
- Utilize proprietary software to process confidential client information with HIPAA compliance
- Generate and distribute daily performance reports to management team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Adhere to strict security protocols for sensitive information handling
- Maintain productivity standards of 8,000 keystrokes per hour
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume data entry role
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 99.5% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional error-spotting capabilities
