Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain large datasets in proprietary systems
- Perform data validation and quality checks with 99.5%+ accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions while meeting nightly quotas
- Collaborate with day-team to resolve data discrepancies
- Utilize 10-key and alphanumeric typing at 8,000+ keystrokes/hour
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company information
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting capabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with data management software preferred
