Responsibilities
- Accurately input data into company databases and software systems.
- Verify and review data for errors or discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain physical or digital files and records.
- Perform routine data quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.
- Communicate with team leads regarding data discrepancies.
- Assist in the migration of data to new systems as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Proven typing speed of 45 WPM or higher.
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
