Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain complex datasets in proprietary CRM and ERP systems
- Perform daily reconciliation of transaction records with 99.8% accuracy threshold
- Process high-volume document scanning and indexing with strict confidentiality protocols
- Generate daily productivity reports using Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless data handover and exception resolution
- Adhere to HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards for sensitive information handling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume data entry (10,000+ keystrokes/hour)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM) with minimal supervision
