- Perform daily reconciliation of records to ensure 99.9% data accuracy
- Process confidential client information with strict adherence to HIPAA/GDPR protocols
- Generate daily/weekly reports using Excel and proprietary software systems
- Collaborate with offshore teams to resolve data discrepancies in real-time
- Implement data validation protocols to prevent fraudulent entries
- Utilize OCR tools to digitize physical documents with 98%+ accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume data entry or similar role
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 99.5% accuracy
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel pivot tables required)
- Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce platforms
- Ability to work independently with minimal overnight supervision
