Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data across multiple enterprise systems
- Perform data validation and quality checks with 99.5%+ accuracy
- Process high-volume transactions during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Generate daily reports and analytics for management review
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Collaborate with offshore teams during handover periods
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years high-volume data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 10-key proficiency
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Flexibility to cover rotating weekend shifts
- Associates degree in Data Management or related field preferred
