Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data into company databases and CRM systems with high accuracy.
- Review and correct discrepancies in existing records to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive client and company information.
- Perform regular quality checks on data entries to minimize errors.
- Assist in organizing and archiving digital and physical files.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to resolve data discrepancies.
- Meet daily and weekly productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or transcription.
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Must be available to work the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
