Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently input, verify, and update customer and transaction data into our internal databases.
- Review source documents for errors and ensure all data is entered correctly to maintain high data integrity standards.
- Sort, organize, and file digital and physical documents according to established company protocols.
- Generate and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports as requested by management.
- Assist in the resolution of data discrepancies by cross-referencing multiple sources.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and client information at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy (90%+).
- Ability to work independently during the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
